It’s over! What did you think of the Games?
Well that’s it. It’s all over. Until the Paralympics start on 29 August.
What an incredible fortnight of sporting action. In particular for Team GB who brought 65 medals home, 29 of which were gold. Fantastic effort!

And BT has been working hard behind the scenes too.
BT London Live
Thousands of music lovers crammed into BT London Live in Hyde Park last night to help celebrate the after-show party to end all parties. We hear that Damon Albarn turned up to Hyde Park on his BMX – so Britpop!
The sell-out gig saw around 60,000 revellers enjoying the best of British music from Blur, New Order, The Specials and Bombay Bicycle Club at the BT London Live Closing Ceremony Celebration Concert. And scenes from the Closing Ceremony at the Olympic Stadium were beamed onto big screens. At the same time 23 million of us tuned in to the Closing Ceremony at home.

There were some surreal moments in Hyde Park – from New Order singing Love Will Tear Us Apart to thousands as Union Jacks fluttered in the wind (what would Ian Curtis have made of that?) to Harry Enfield appearing as a tea lady on stage with Blur.
There were some magical moments too of course such as Blur dedicating their 1997 hit Song 2 to Team GB double gold medallist Mo Farah which raised huge cheers. What an unforgettable night to end such a memorable fortnight.
