Hugh Jackman goes up the BT Tower for an exclusive preview screening of Real Steel
BT Vision hosted an exclusive VIP preview screening of DreamWorks’ new blockbuster Real Steel at the top of the BT Tower recently.
Star of the film Hugh Jackman, and director Shawn Levy were joined on the red carpet by a host of celebrities and a giant life-size model of Atom, the film’s ‘star’ robot.

Directed by Shawn Levy, Real Steel is a gritty, white-knuckle, action ride set in the near-future where the sport of boxing has gone high-tech.
Hugh Jackman stars as Charlie Kenton, a washed-up fighter who lost his chance at a title when 2000-pound, 8-foot-tall steel robots took over the ring. Now nothing but a small-time promoter, Charlie earns just enough money piecing together low-end bots from scrap metal to get from one underground boxing venue to the next.
When he hits rock bottom, Charlie reluctantly teams up with his estranged son Max to build and train a championship contender and, against all odds, gets one last shot at a comeback…
Real Steel is on general release on 14 October.
