A Place In The Sun Live

BT Life readers can get free tickets worth £10 each to A Place in the Sun Live – the official exhibition of the hit Channel 4 TV series taking place at London Olympia in Kensington on 12th-14th April 2013.

The show features thousands of properties for sale from hundreds of agents from around the world. It’s your opportunity to meet the agents face-to-face, get to know them and ask them lots of questions about buying property abroad. There are free-to-attend seminar sessions running throughout the show giving you top tips and advice from experts across the industry on how to buy your very own place in the sun.

There are live appearances by the TV presenters Amanda Lamb, Laura Hamilton, Jasmine Harman and Jonnie Irwin who will be passing on their top tips about buying a home abroad learnt from many years presenting the UK’s favourite overseas property TV show. You can meet them and ask them your questions in the magazine signing sessions each day.

There are specialist areas about buying property in France, Florida, Italy and Portugal where you can find out more detail on those countries covering everything from banking, mortgages, healthcare and other country-specific topics that you will need to consider before purchasing your home abroad.

There’s even a chance to take a screen test to appear on the next series of the TV show, so come prepared with an idea of where you want to buy, how much you want to spend and don’t forget to do your hair!
