In the latest BT ad, things seem strained between Adam and Jane as distance takes its toll, but the ad ends with the biggest cliffhanger ever – Jane stroking her belly while on the phone to Adam. Does this mean she’s pregnant?

Now we’re giving you the chance to decide whether she is or isn’t – just go to www.bt.com/vote to cast your vote now. We’ll count all the votes cast and the majority decision will be revealed in the next ad on 18th August.

The Adam and Jane storyline, staring TV actors Kris Marshall and Esther Hall, first appeared on screens in 2005, and since then the ups and downs of their modern family life have captured the country’s imagination. Last year worried that they might break up, dedicated fans set up numerous Facebook fan groups to campaign to keep the couple together.

As well as voting on whether Jane is pregnant or not, you can also put forward your own ideas on what should happen next to script writers on our online forum.
