BT Vision beats Sky and Virgin for customer satisfaction
A survey by top consumer magazine Which? has rated BT Vision streets ahead of Sky and Virgin Media for customer satisfaction.
The survey in the January issue of Which? asked the magazine’s online panel members to rate digital TV UK services on overall satisfaction and whether they would recommend the service to a friend – and BT Vision came out ahead at 63%, compared to Virgin Media’s 55% and Sky’s 53%.
Naturally, we’re thrilled to beat Sky and Virgin. We’ve always thought BT Vision is the best way to get TV on demand, Freeview, 80 hours’ recording time and the best of last week’s TV in one easy package – and it seems lots of other people think so too!
Just in case you don’t know what we’re talking about, BT Vision is on-demand TV for BT Total Broadband customers, with thousands of shows to watch on demand, including sports TV, kids’ TV, music videos, films and more – all ad-free and ready to start the second you press play.
You also get all Freeview channels as standard, 80 hours’ of recording time – and it’s also the only digital TV service that lets you catch up on the best of last week’s TV from all five main channels.
